3HTi Director of Sales IoT, AR PLM, CAD Software, 3D Printers, Additive Manufacturing 

3 HTi, LLC is a privately held systems integrator that is the Global Leader for Digital Transformation of the Manufacturing Enterprise. We provide technology platforms and enterprise applications to create a digital thread that enables smart and connected products, operations, and systems. We sell software for IoT, AR (Augmented Reality), Engineering, CAD/CAM/CAE, 3D Printers and Additive Manufacturing hardware. We are looking for a Sales Director for North America.

This highly visible role will be responsible for establishing executive relationships and acquisition of new clients. Our sales team is in need of an experienced, versatile Enterprise Sales Director who wants to win big and continue to shape our sales organization. Candidates need to have prior experience in selling high tech enterprise software into discrete manufacturing businesses. Our enterprise applications dramatically help our customers that are involved in the businesses of engineering, manufacturing and servicing products. We sell throughout the USA and Canada and are headquartered in Mount Laurel, NJ USA.

Job Duties Include:

  • Managing, Coaching and Leading our Sales Team
  • Lead Generation and generating demand through cold calling, email campaigns, webinars and other prospecting activities.
  • Managing Big Deals.  
  • Strategy to expand sales into existing clients and prospective customers
  • Recruiting and development of new sales personnel.
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecast and sales pipeline to achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Applying strategic value selling methodology, technology, and processes to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Review quotes and order submissions.
  • Manage activity and reports such as call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
  • Poses an entrepreneurial mindset to manage team to make things happen.
